Meet our founder
Terri Litty, MD, MPH, DipACLM
Dr. Terri Litty is a board-certified Family Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine physician with more than 25 years of experience and a passion for helping people understand what may be driving their health concerns.
Her career has included 15 years as a Chief Physician Executive at Eskenazi Health, four transformative years in Southern Africa caring for families affected by HIV and tuberculosis, and, most recently, practicing at the Logan Institute for Health and Wellness. Through these experiences, she witnessed again and again the resilience of the human spirit—and the difference that knowledge, support, and the right tools can make in a person's health.
Her journey into functional medicine also became deeply personal when she faced health challenges of her own. After conventional approaches failed to provide the answers she needed, Dr. Kevin Logan helped uncover underlying factors contributing to her illness. The experience changed not only her health, but also the course of her career, strengthening her commitment to looking beyond symptoms to understand the whole person.
Today, Dr. Litty combines her experience in Family Medicine, Lifestyle Medicine, and functional medicine with a personalized approach that considers each person's unique story, health history, lifestyle, environment, and genetics. Rather than simply telling patients what to do, she believes in helping them understand their health and equipping them with practical tools to move forward.
At the heart of Dr. Litty's work is her faith. She believes each person is uniquely created by God with a purpose, and that her own calling is to guide others toward greater wellness so they are better able to live fully and pursue the purpose God has placed in their lives.
